Katie Pierce, M.C.D., is a licensed Audiologist at Roberts Hearing Clinic. A Louisiana native, she grew up in the area and returned after earning her Master’s Degree from LSU Medical Center in New Orleans in 1992.
Katie enjoys the outdoors and can often be found playing darts or cornhole, spending time with her family and friends, and staying involved in her church community.

With experience caring for patients of all ages—from infants to older adults—Katie values the importance of early diagnosis and treatment. She is dedicated to providing high-quality hearing care with kindness, compassion, and a personal touch.
Julie Tucker, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Julie Tucker became part of the Roberts Hearing Clinic team in 2021, initially assisting the Audiologist. It wasn’t long before her curiosity was sparked by the work of the Audiologist, and she felt called to make a deeper impact.
Motivated by the sheer joy of helping patients hear—some for the very first time—and witnessing the emotional moments when they reconnect with loved ones, Julie pursued and earned her license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Today, she arrives each morning with genuine excitement, ready to provide compassionate, professional care to those seeking better hearing and a better quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Julie embraces life’s adventures. Whether exploring new destinations or enjoying the comforts of home, she finds joy in cooking, diving into good books, and cherishing time with family and friends.
Patient Care Coordinator
Quinn is a seasoned Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Specialist with over 15 years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings. She expertly oversees all facets of office administration—from scheduling and phone support to patient intake, inventory management, and insurance verification. Â

Quinn is deeply committed to helping others, finding profound meaning in witnessing the life-changing impact of hearing technology. Her approach centers on making patients feel comfortable and cared for, combining professionalism with genuine compassion. Ambitious and goal-driven, Quinn thrives on challenges and is always seeking ways to grow and improve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.Â
